It has been reported to the committee that 'anglers' (loosely spoken) have been caught fishing on the SOUTH bank of the river Frome at Wool this month & have been stating (lying!) to the estate bailiff that they are DDAS Members.

We can only guess that these 'poachers' are not DDAS Members, and that they are just trying to get away with it & bringing our name into disrepute (not happy!). If anyone comes across anglers on the south bank at Wool, please ask if they are DDAS members & if so, tell them that it is only the NORTH bank that we have access to and ONLY from the 1st November every year.
